Step 10:Get out a bread tin and drop the tiniest bit of oil in it and scrape it all about and put the dough in the bread tin.

Step 11:Put a towel or tea towel on the bread tin and leave for like an hour or so.

Step 12:Set the oven to 400 degrees put the bread in the oven and wait 30 minutes.

Step 13:Take the bread out and tap it on the top it should feel shallow leave it for fifteen minutes because you’ll ruin the nice crust that the bread has.

  1. Hello Lochie,
I really liked how you explained your ideas clearly.
Did you learn anything when you made the bread?

I liked how you used capital letters and full stops. You really made it clear how to make bread. How many times have you made it? Maybe next time you could put how much of what next to the ingredients.

Other than that it was really good. That bread looks really delicious too.

  3. Wow Lochie,

The way that you explained it was great and easy to follow. It sounds like it is a great recipe and it makes my mouth water as I think of it.
It reminds me of when I made some bread when I was younger.
How did you learn to make it, was it a family recipe or did someone just tell you?
Maybe at the start of your writing you should put your ingredients and the amount so we know and then we can get it at the start.
This is a great instructive piece of writing and I hope you do more like this.
